François Noël Partner

François Noël is a partner, specialized in supporting companies along transformation programmes.

François enjoys 19 years of experience in management consulting, acquired with leading firms  (Theano Advisors, Solving, Oliver Wyman, A.T.Kearney, Monitor Company). He has worked several years abroad, mainly in Brazil, but also across Europe (UK, Greece, Portugal), Asia and Middle East.

He helps managers along their transformation programmes based on his knowledge of practices in :

  • Design and evolution of organisations and their governance,
  • Revision of strategy and business models,
  • Development of performance programmes for commercial or supply chain.

He conducted missions in a variety of sectors, mainly sectors of systems integration and technologies (Aeronautics and Defence, Automotive, IT, Telecommunications, Engineering), process manufacturing industries (metals transformation, cables, chemicals, tyres, packaging, performance materials), points of sales networks and financial services.

As such François has built the ability to rapidly identify and tackle a variety of business issues, customize the approach to a company’s culture and support change and decision making in different organizational contexts.

He has also developed a number of specialisation, as for example for industrial clients, a successful practice to extract measurable added value from complexity management in product design, production and supply chain.

He developed as well an operational experience along several years, initially with a leader in Air Traffic Control Systems in engineering and technico–commercial, and launched a start-up in the field of IT-Telecom solutions.

Pierre Menant Senior Partner

Sa formation aux Humanités l’a amené, un peu par surprise, au conseil en management, dans un cabinet français où il a passé 8 ans. Il a ensuite passé 6 ans dans l’industrie : comme responsable de la gouvernance des systèmes d’information (Constructions navales) puis comme Directeur des organisations (Industrie des boissons). Lars Jannack is an entrepreneurial senior management consultant with vast experience in restructuring, process harmonization and organizational development

As Executive Vice President of Technics with full power of attorney, Lars was responsible for the reallocation and restructuring of production sites on a European scale, incorporating the complete order processing suite and the implementation of new customer focused organizational structures.
